Trailer2You solves these problems for you with our optional Hire The Driver service. When you Hire The Driver, Trailer2You provides a towing vehicle and a driver to drive it. Our driver will meet you at your nominated pick-up point with your hire trailer from Trailer2You, tow the vehicle to and from your desired destination and take the trailer away at the end of the hire period. While we are not a removal service, our driver can provide support and kerbside assistance with loading, unloading and securing items in your trailer.
No Car, No Problem
If you don’t have a car, don’t worry. Our Hire The Driver service will come to you and bring your hired trailer with us. Our driver will ensure the towing vehicle has enough capacity to tow your hire trailer. You won’t need to worry about having the right towbar, wiring harness and connections or checking if all the lights work and the tyres are correctly inflated. We do all that for you. All you need to think about is the items you need to move. You can also hire tie-down straps, moving trolleys, ladders and more to make your move even easier.
We’ll Do The Towing For You

About Our Drivers
Our drivers undergo extensive training and must have a zero blood alcohol limit. They are experienced with connecting, towing, and manoeuvering the various trailers available for hire from Trailers2You. Not only are our drivers professionals, but they have also been selected based on their friendly and helpful attitude. Our drivers prioritise professionalism and punctuality and are ready to assist you with tasks like moving house, rubbish removal, and pick up and delivery from stores (e.g., Amart).
Hiring the Driver Costs Less Than You Might Think
Our Hire The Driver service is available for between 3 and 6 hours per day for at a low hourly rate, which includes both the driver and towing vehicle. Simply add Hire The Driver as an option when booking your trailer.
